The SUI Method is a digital neuromuscular re-education program. It is operated by a certified coach, not a licensed physician, physical therapist, or medical professional. The content on this site is educational and informational. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Upon purchasing the 7-Day Challenge, you receive immediate digital access to seven days of protocol content, an AI Pain Coach, and a tension tracking scorecard. Access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable. Upon purchasing SUI Pro, you receive a monthly or annual recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refund requests after 14 days from purchase will not be honored. SUI Pro subscriptions are not refundable for the current billing period. You agree not to: share your login credentials; reproduce or redistribute program content; use the AI Pain Coach for medical diagnosis; or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The SUI Method and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
