The SUI Method is owned and operated by The SUI Method team, based in Rockland, Massachusetts. You can reach us at hello@thesuimethod.com. This policy applies to thesuimethod.com and all associated products and services.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and quiz responses when you take the Pain Pattern Assessment or purchase a product. We collect payment information through Stripe, our payment processor, we never see or store your card number. We collect usage data through PostHog analytics: pages visited, time on site, and how you interact with our content. This data is anonymized and used only to improve the product.
We use your information to: deliver the products and programs you purchase; send your Pain Pattern Report after the quiz; communicate program updates and protocols; and send occasional marketing emails about The SUI Method. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose other than what is described here.
By submitting your email on this site, you agree to receive emails from The SUI Method. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you opt out, you will be removed from all marketing communications within 24 hours. Transactional emails related to your purchase may still be sent.
We use functional cookies to keep you logged in to your account and remember your preferences. We use PostHog analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the member area will not work correctly.
Your account data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the United States. Payment data is stored by Stripe. Email data is stored by Kit (ConvertKit). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of marketing emails at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thesuimethod.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The SUI Method is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on this site. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
