The SUI Method is a neuromuscular re-education program operated by a certified coach. It is not a medical service, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a diagnosed health condition, consult your physician before beginning.

Not a Medical Service

The SUI Method is an educational and coaching program. The SUI Method-Jokic, the program operator, is a certified coach, not a licensed physician, physical therapist, chiropractor, or other licensed healthcare professional. No content on this site, including the Pain Pattern Assessment, the daily protocols, the AI Pain Coach responses, or any written or video material, constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

The Pain Pattern Assessment

The quiz on this site identifies neurological tension patterns based on self-reported responses. It is an educational tool designed to help you understand your body's habitual holding patterns. It is not a clinical assessment, not a diagnostic tool, and its results should not be used to self-diagnose any medical condition.

AI Pain Coach Limitations

The AI Pain Coach included in the 7-Day Challenge and SUI Pro membership provides general educational information based on the SUI Method framework and your stated tension pattern. It does not have access to your medical history, cannot perform a physical examination, and its responses are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never use the AI Pain Coach to make medical decisions.

Who Should Consult a Doctor First

You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning The SUI Method if you: have been diagnosed with any musculoskeletal condition (herniated disc, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, etc.); have had recent surgery or injury; experience numbness, tingling, or radiating pain; have a neurological condition; are pregnant; or have any other condition for which new movement activity could carry risk.

Results Vary

Testimonials on this site reflect the experiences of individual users. They are not typical and are not a guarantee that you will experience similar results. The effectiveness of the program depends on individual factors including the nature of your tension patterns, consistency of practice, and other aspects of your health.

Emergency Situations

The SUI Method is not appropriate for acute injury, sudden onset of severe pain, or any situation requiring emergency care. If you experience sudden severe pain, numbness, loss of function, or any other acute symptom, stop immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.
